I just recently baught a new Ranger Boat and was eligible for the rapala factory team promotion. Which means i get to buy rapala, blue fox, storm, terminator, suffix, trigger x, luhr jensen and vmc for cost price for the next year. PLUS i get 125$ credit to buy whatever i want for free.

What are your suggestions or what are the lures you have used from these companies that have worked for you and you would buy? If possible size, color....

Rapala DT Series

Baby Bass, Bluegill, Red Crawfish, Shad are all my favorites

Hello Thrasher, I would look at the Rapala DT crankbait series, from shallow to however deep you would like to crank. As far as colors, think about your home waters and what type of prey fish live in  them. In addition, are your bodies of water clear,murky or muddy.Then pick smaller natural colored crankbaits for clear water and bigger noisier {rattles}lures with bright or fluorescent colors for stained and murky water

 In addition, for soft plastic lures you can try some of the new cutting edge Trigger X Scent baits. Again pick lure bodies that replicate the type of forage your lakes might have. Some surefire lures are plastic worms, lizards,grubs and crayfish imitators.

xraps sure set, jointed shad raps

My favorite Rapalas are X - Raps, Shad Raps, Taildancers, jointed raps, jointed shad raps, husky jerks, fat raps, and skitterpops.

Rapala has the Shad Raps, X-Raps, and DT series. Just pick your colors, and sizes. I fish very clear water, and the colors that work for me are:

Red Craw

Shad

Silver

Silver/Blue

Hot Pink

Olive Green

Falcon

X_Raps, Skitter Pop, Original Rapala, DT Series, but avoid the Rattlin Raps, they tend to plane to one side, even if tuned.  

#10 and #12 Husky Jerkbaits Tennessee shad, gold and glass minnow are awesome smallie baits ice out through June

DT's are great.

    Definitly get plenty of DT's.  I also I would really stock up on some DT 3's in Firetiger color, they are very verstitle and if you want them to go shallower just reel slower.

I like original floaters too.

My 3 favorite series from Rapala would be the DT series, Shad Raps & X rap. Since Storm is part of that group it wouldn't hurt to pick-up a few Wiggle Warts.

the original floaters are good, i use the silver and gold colors.  however if you want to use another top water get the skitter pop in the frog color. the lure is deadly in lilly padded areas.  

Did rapala buy storm? storm makes great lures as well.  get the wild eye swim shad.
