I have used Cordells longer and therefore have caught more fish on them, but I love the action of the Yo-Zuri. For some reason it gives me confidence when I am winging that thing around.

for sure the rat'L'N vibe has a thump to it- I have total confidence in the yo-zuri plus they got it right with the colors.

Those baits feature somewhat different actions.  The RedEye Shad offers a suttle flutter as it falls.  It does, however, fall onto it's side when it hits the bottom.

The xr50 tends to fall straight down, but also remains upright once it reaches the bottom.

Both are the only two lipless cranks I will fish (both the 1/2 oz and 3/4 oz. sizes).

I have alot of success with both, but I have to give the nod to the Xr50.

Strike King Red Eye Shad is the only one I have ever tried. Had moderate success with it. Considering trying the Yo-Zuri or the Lucky Craft(ouch) but haven't decided yet.

Which Yo-Zuri?  

The Harcore Drum is my favorite.  Along with the Jackall T/N70 and the Spro Aruku Shad, it can be worked VERY slowly and still have an excellent action.   It sinks nose first and when it reaches the bottom it stands on its nose with its tail sticking up at 45 degrees.  It doesn't plain to either side when it sinks and it flutters even on a slow rise, making it excellent for jigging.  In fact, my best fish on this lure it when I've jigged it over structure.  IMO, one of the best lipless on the market.

The Rattln' Vibe is very good as well.  It has a decent action when worked slowly, or you can burn it.  It flops over on its side when it reaches the bottom, though.  

The Live Bait Shallow Vibe is an excellent lipless.  It has no rattles at all.  It's rather heavy for its size.  Has a good action even at slow speeds.  It doesn't sit upright on the bottom, though.  It is good for those times you need a subtle bait.  

Xr50 by far! Xr75's are nice as well... Try the One-Knockers too!  

red eye shads, just based on that I have caught lots of fish on them

   I like the original Bill Lewis Rattle Trap the best, but between those two that you said I would have to go with the Red Eye Shad.

Lucky Craft LVRs and Strike King Red Eye shads. Both are excellent.

i was a die hard rat'l trap only man until i saw the way the red eye shad looked when it was falling. now i use it more.
