It's a ZETABAIT 5" Swamp Rat.

It looks like a top water mouse made by ZETABAIT, out of Foley, Alabama. No longer in business . They also made the Ding a Ling worm and the Flapping' Dad crayfish. Great Baits!! Sometimes you can find them on EBay. Hope this helps...

I can't seem to tie a Palomar knot. Would a trilene knot work, as long as I pass the tag end back thru the top of the hook eye? Thanks, BB
