BPS has one of their "Micro-Lite" rods designated for Float N' Fly fishing. You may want to give that one a shot. Not a bad price either.

I have the 9'6" Microlite and it serves its purpose beautifully. It is definitely not light, or sensitive. But you dont need sensitive for a fnf and i can deal with the weight.

I use the BPS 8.5' microlites for FnF.  They have worked fine for over 5 years and don't make me feel bad when they are in the bottom of the rod locker.

I have the 9'6" BPS Microlite as well. It's the only FnF rod I have so I can't compare it to any others...

I've got the 9'6 BPS microlite as well.  It does just fine for $50.  I was at BPS the other day and saw the G loomis F&F rod.  I see no point in having one of those.  You don't need a sensitive rod to watch a bobber go down.  And it was 1 piece rod.  It wouldnt even fit in the bed of my truck.

This presentation is really popular with steelhead fishermen. If you plan to do a lot of this style fishing, check out some of the steelhead sites.
