Ever tried this on your C-rig or T-rig?

Featured Replies

While reading a BASSIN magazine I read a tip the author said, while fishing a c-rig  put a foam ear plug at the eye of the hook this allows the worm or lizard stay up in the strike zone or turn a t-rig worm or other plastic bait into a floating top water lure by simply threading the ear plug onto the hook until it covers the line eyelet..

Has anyone tried this? I am next time I go fishing.

Yeah, I tried that. It's a heck of a lot easier said than done. Wasn't worth the effort, for me. Good luck with it. It may work for you.

Cheers,

I sometimes use special little round floats 1/4" in size and they just keed the bait of the bottom a few inches.

I find this works better and easier ;)
