Im new to crankbaits so anyways what do those black those on the belly represent?

  • Author

ZEN, That's the kill spot. It's suppose to give the bass a target on the bait to hit. I'm not sure if it increases the number of bites but I don't think it hurts.

Big M paints it down there so that the teeth don't mess up the paint job. :D

Dave

Fantastic looking group of baits there Marty, but then I would not expect anything less than the best from you.

Those are all gorgeous baits, but that white bait with the scaled black stripe is my favorite. :notworthy:

What is the average size of those?

  • Author

Ben, those baits are 2" to 2 3/8" long with most weighing 3/8oz.

Dave, can't have those bass teeth scuffing my clear coat.

Very nice work there.

Awesome work, Marty. The green on green pattern (crank 6) has always been one of my favorite colors of yours.

Very GOOD looking!!

Jeff
