Slow Pitch Softball

Featured Replies

Well my softball league starts up tonight. We have a scrimmage with the local firefighter's team. We're playing for a 30 pack and they owe us one from last year. Does anyone else here play softball?

I have been playing for the last 11 years, but I had ankle surgery in March so I can't play this year. I was looking forward to it too, but, it gives me more time for fishing :D

Used to play on chruch team but knees gave out.

I was the catcher.

We won the championship two times.

When you can't walk the next day it is time to hang it up. :D:D:D

I played last year and hope to again this year. My only problem is for some reason I have a terrible time judging distance of the ball? It was a ton of fun but it cracks me up how serious some guys take it. I like to win as much and probably more than the next guy but come on, it's men's slowpitch softball  easy on the trash talking.

I used to play alot, but changed jobs which put me an 1.5 away from the league I used to play in, and I just dont have as much time for it now because of that. I miss it at times though. I have played in mens leagues and Co-Ed and loved to hit the long ball. I didn't love pitching for one year and about losing my head once though.
