Let The Nightmares Begin

I don't understand why I insist doing this to myself, but it's too late to turn back now. The movie is 3/4 of the way over and I'm going to have nightmares for the next two weeks.

I'm watching "The Rite," starring Anthony Hopkins and he is scaring the living sh** out of me. :( Demonic movies always fill my head full of sh** and I end up having nightmares. Has anyone else seen this movie? I guarantee you that I'll be going to sleep with ALL the lights on  .

We used to bite down on our little fingers at the base of the nail. Bit firmly, but not enough to hurt. We'd hold the bite for a couple of minutes, then link our fingers together and pull. It hurt like hello when you pulled. It was fun watching someone do it for the first time.

But that was when I was a kid. Haven't done it since about fifteen years of age. I thought you had to be one of our younger members, then I checked your profile. Forty three years old, and still biting down on your fingers.:lol:

Its the music.

Watch the film without the music and it is funny.

Once saw a show on how they film horror movies so from then on it was fun to watch them knowing it was fake.`

Just remember, its the music!!! :D:D:D

Just remember: This is a true story. and this WILL happen to you.

I can watch any horror movie and laugh. According to Rob Zombie and the guy that dose my tattoos horror movies are really comedy's. What gets me are the graphic movies with a lot of blood and guts. I don't get sick or any of that. It just makes me turn away.

Rhino,

The only thing I was biting on was a pound of M&M's  . I made it through the night w/out nightmares, but I did have a dream about a pile of dog doo chasing me. I swear, it was the weirdest dream.

Sam,

I think you're right. The music plays a BIG role in scary movies. I enjoy scary movies, but get the heeby geebies watching Satan movies.

I am so bringing my Halloween mask with me the next time we meet up, Doug. I'm fully planning on scaring the poo out of you.
