Since Christmas, I've been reading my scale completely wrong. I just looked at the numbers, and said, oh only 1 and 1/2 pounds? Sure feels like more. Well, those were KG. I didn't figure this out until today, when i realized those were KG, and the lb's were hidden in really small numbers on the outer perimeter. So my average for this year is not 1.5 lbs, its about 3- 3.5, Give or take a bit. Thank you Berkeley for making a scale that confused me and my Dad for 9 months biggrin.gif

So make sure you know to read your scale!!!!

Duh, you shoulda had a V8.

I did that with those cheap sprig dial like ones I think made by Eagle claw. I kept reading the KG on there but didn't matter it was wrong anyways so I ditch it for the $20 Berkley from Walmart. I made sure that's right for as LB and KG went. So far it seem to be pretty good to me.

I now have coffee all over my laptop, thanks! lol

You do not need a scale to tell the differnce between a 1.5 pound bass & 3 pound bass.

Or a 7lb bass to a 13lb bass.

I've been learning weight/size ratio with kg. I thought they were lbs. I just never noticed.

I can tell the difference between 1.5 and 3 lb bass.
