Falcon FTO

Featured Replies

Does anyone use these boxes?  They seem kind of expensive and overkill for my taste, but they could be good, i guess.

i use the spinnerbait box they have. it does the job pretty well

They are expensive and a bit on the small side.  But my anal retentive side does appreciate the level of organization.

The terminal box is a great buy.  I've got a couple of the deep crank boxes for storing specific baits.

If I wanted to use only Falcon boxes, I would have to buy a bigger boat with more storage.

I have four of them.  The spinnerbait box works great and keeps everything organized.  The terminal tackle box is amazing period.  The lipless crank box does alright but things still get fouled up.  The jig box is a disappointment.  The only ones I can get to stay in the slot are 3/4oz jigs all the rest fall out and get tangled up.

I have the spinnerbait box, works really well.

I have a lot of their boxes and I love all of them except for the jig box, it is worthless.  Won't hold jigs well at all.  The rest of their boxes are awesome.  I have the tackle organizer, spinner bait box, buzz bait box, small, medium and large crank bait boxes and their utility boxes.

They are also on sale right now at BPS, 20%off

Later, ;)

I also was very sceptical about these until I tried the terminal tackle organizer.  I have been blown away by that box and now have two of them.  I can fit what used to take up 4 3700 boxes in two of these.  I have one that I have all of my hooks and weights and the other I have shakey heads, drop shot stuff, and swimbait stuff.

My friend who i fish with daily has a whole set of these and to tell you the truth I am very jealous. They look great and really keep your lures organized. If your willing to spend the extra money I think it is worth it

I use the speed bags, spinnerbait, and buzz wallets.  the best that I've found for these purposes.

Andy,

I was refering to the larger one (2nd link) but I do have the smaller one and I use it for my spare trebles, split rings, etc.

I've got a couple of the crankbait boxes and the terminal tackle organizer. They are good quality boxes and save time when you are looking for a certain lure, hook, weight, etc.

I love them use them for all my terminal tackle and hardbaits, except for rattle traps, probably have 20 or more of them everytime tackle warehouse has a sale I buy a few.

-I have 2 of the Falcon Terminal Tackle boxes (large size) - best box out there!  I use one for hooks, the other for weights.

-I have 1 of the large Spinnerbait box (orange one) and it's great too.

The Terminal Tackle box has fixed dividers so your weights, hooks etc will not leave their spot, they're water resistant and lock on 3 sides so they'll stay shut and keep your stuff dry & secure.

The Spinnerbait box holds baits up to 1 oz.  I believe mine holds about 18 spinnerbaits which is plenty to keep onboard my boat.

I've heard bad things about the jig boxes though, guys have problems locking in heavier jigs and stuff so be mindful of that.

As for the jerkbait/crankbait boxes I still use the Plano style.  I have way too many plugs to start loading Falcon boxes up.  I'd spend hundred of dollars and need a barge to pull my baits around.   ;D

I'd definitely go with the Terminal Tackle box, you won't be disappointed.
