I almost forgot about these. Great spinnerbaits, I bought 6 of them this summer, they are durable and they catch fish.

Wire size and flex gives you a difference in how well you can feel the bait thump ( outside of the blade combo your using) also length of the spinnerbait arm like in the case of a short arm. The more flex the better the feel because the "R" is moving a greater distance left and right as the blade turns. The stiffer the arm with a larger wire on short casts will have the vibration like a rattltrap for example. When they came out with the titanium wire the issue I found was that if you get one that is bent wrong it was a waste.

The best spinner baits to buy? Go to Walmart, and they have a rack of them usually at the bottem where the other spinners are. They come from Costa Rico, and are all different colors and blades. The best part? They cost $1, and if you loose it, or the hook dulls, who cares! I have 2 of every color/blade setup, no problems. Why pay $7 each for something that is very seasonal?

Those spinnerbaits are crap. The swivels rusted on me and don't spin as well and the hook, was not very sharp. Those $1 buzzbaits though, those are worth it after a little modification. And perhaps for you guys down there, they may be seasonal, but up here in Michigan. I catch fish on them all the time. Once you can get the blade combinations correct (based on water clarity and cloud cover) you catch a lot more.

Terminator has the titanium wire that also snaps right back into place. They are really good spinnerbaits but suck at 8 dollars a pop.

Should have went to BPS earlier this year when they were having their Terminator sale on spinnerbaits. I think they were $10 for 5. Needless to say I stocked up on my spinnerbaits

Spinnerbaits are one of my favs to use. It has been very successful for me. But to answer the question like everyone else did yes they do vary from brand to brand. I have several different brands in my tackle and catch fish with everyone.

Wish I'd knew I paid 25$ each for 6 of the original terminator red hooks spinnerbaits they where and still are the best in my book found some buried at a tackle store but the old guy knew he had the last of them

If you're feeling creative, try this blade configuration on a tandem: Remove the large rear willow and small front colorado. Attach the willow to the clevis and colorado to the swivel. Man, bass love that spinnerbait!
