Big O And Lox

Went out this week to Loxahatchee Refuge Thursday and Lake Okeechobee on Friday and all I can say is what a difference between the two! Dwight and I were out for a mid morning to early afternoon trip and let's just say the fishing was dismal, went out the next day from 3 to 5:30 to The Lake and absolutely demolished them, once Justin and I tired of catching 1 to 3 lbers (about 40-50) we headed in search of some bigger fish, needless to say our efforts paid off with this big girl that gobbled down a Big EZ, too bad it was my buddy that caught it, but we ended up with this fish and 3 other fish in the 4/5lb class right as the sun ended our trip too early. The Bullet is officially broken in!

Yes, sir. You're da man! :respect-059: Winter time in Florida is the bomb diggidy. Were any of those fish caught on your semi-new crank rod ;) ?

Very nice looking boat, too.

Well. I'm officially jealous. I'm sitting here taking a break at work and I see you post that beast. Heck of a fIsh right there, Robert! Now I need to find some time to get out to catch something like that. Nice way to break in the Bullet. :)

I had a Sammy 100 tied on that NEW Sol, Loomis setup, but the darn fish were only taking subsurface lures! Already had a trap tied on my other setup, but "was in the fish" so I could not retie! For all you board members buying flea market items from Bassn, you are in for a treat, the guy must either be obsessive compulsive or not fish his equipment enough!

Hit me up whenever! Have taken the Bullet out only a hand full of times, but most trips were hit or miss, this time the christening was official though with a deck full of fish slime and some big girls, two of which joined me for the ride home in the livewell system to reside in my canal pond system

Robert that is a beauty of a fish.
