Nothing like a whole pork Cuban style to ring in the New Year!

Black eyed peas, greens, corn bread, Italian sausage, barbq chicken, pork roast, and the all time best that no one else in my family will eat chitterlings.

Aged New Yorks, garlic mashed potatos and few bottles of Silver Oak and Caymus.

South FLA wins hands down. Doesn't matter what else gets posted. There is nothing better than a whole Cuban pork. Gotta give some love to my neighbors. They did an absolutely amazing job on the pig they made this year. Sooooooo good.

We had King Crab and Shrimp Cocktail. This has been an annual thing for several years on New Years Eve and Black Eyed Peas on New Years Day.
