I found these on Ebay and before I pull the trigger I was curious as to whether anyone has used this style head, and if they work? The description says they are for craw trailers, I guess I'm wondering if they fall and land the correct way?

They are an old style jig head from the 70's or 80's. When my Dad past I got his tackle box. He had a bunch of these, although just dingy gray looking. Those there look pretty sweet. I tried the ones I have with the 5" Gulp Leach nose hooked for walleyes. tey worked very well, but have never used them for bass.

I have used those for walleye way bach when. They have a built in wobble because of their shape. I think they work best as a swim jig constantly moving.

Wobblehead jigs have been around, a friend uses them for walleyes and I tried them in a 1/4oz size for river smallies with a 4" Kalins grub on it and it caught fish better than the ball head, it really made the grub dance. You could use them to deliver live bait or just about any plastic you want.

Down here they are called banana jigs. They catch snapper, mackerel and lookdowns (aka moonfish), work great tipped when tipped with bait.
