Light in weight? Or light power? And in either case, what length?

x2. I can think of ALOT of rods that fall in to that criteria. St.Croix, Shimano, Duckett, Abu Garcia, Carrot Stick, ect......

If you mean light as in power then I would look at the G.Loomis GL2 or the Falcon Lowrider XG.

Sorry I mean light in power and I would like at least 6'6".

Edit: I think I will go with what the poster above put but I will still consider different ones. One thing is it must be 1 piece no 2 pieces.

If you really need a L power You may look at this one.

G. Loomis GL2 Cast Spinnerbait Rod 6'9" Light $190.00

I second the Pinnacle Rod. My 7' heavy is 4.2 oz. Great rod for the money. Also the Shimano. Crucial

Not a lot of light-power factory BC rods out there. The only one that I personally own is a Phenix Recon PHX-C682 rated at 1/16 to 3/8 lure weight, 4-10lb line. The rod itself weighs 3.5oz, is 6'8", and retails for about $160. Phenix also offers a 7'1" light-power rod (PHX-C712) - same lure and line specs as the 6'8" rod - $170.

Thanks that is exactly what I was looking for.

Abu Garcia's Villain series has a 6'9" ML power MF action. I used it in both prototype and production models. The weight range is 1/8-1/2 oz and 6-10 lb test. It worked well for jerkbaits, light shallow cranks, smaller topwaters and a few other bait types. MSRP is $179 but I've seen it from reputable dealers for $139.
