Howdy, from Clearwater (South Central) Kansas; retired "older than dirt" man; been fishing since I was around 22 yrs.; used to fish Kansas Private farm/ranch ponds; largest Bass taken around 8#; just got a winter project going, bringing an old '78 MonArk Fast Strike Bassboat back among the living; have fished Grand Lake, OK.; kind of dumb when it comes to Lake fishing, Pond fishing is totally different and I enjoy camping and Mother Nature.

Welcome from another flatlander!

Tom
There are no magic lures and the fish don't care how much you paid for your gear.
