This smallmouth was caught by Kevin Mullaney with a banjo minnow, using 6 lb test Trilene XL. He was fishing the lakes region of New Hampshire in early June of 1997, during the spawn (it was released immediately after this photo was taken).
Kepp Andrews caught this 12 lb. largemouth in Lake Fork, Texas. He caught 16 bass that day with several going over 6 lbs. After taking this picture, he weighed her with a medical quality digital scale and set her free.
This fish weighed 12 pounds and was caught off the dock on Saint Johns River by 10 year old Jesse Empson. It was returned to fight another day. Go to page 19
