Joe Weber caught this bass on a small lake near Albany, NY. on August 30, 2000.
The fish was 1 oz. shy of nine pounds and was caught on a 7" black Berkley Squirmer worm. As always, the fish was released. What a beauty !!
While throwing an in-line spinner, Todd Strohecker caught this 8 pound largemouth from a farm pond in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania on August 9, 1999.
The topwater bite was good on the Cooper River on August 6, 2000. These bass were caught on a baby bass colored XPS Laser Eye Jr. by Don Logan. The five bass weighed 9lbs. 8oz. Go to page 84
