That 3/0 is a good size-i also match it with how much debris is in the water. if there is a lot of flaoting weeds etc. I will use a smaller one so it dosent foul as much.

LOL - Other companies can make a blade sqweek but only I can make it sound like a chain rattleing. Thats a sound I bet they hadnt heard LOL.

What I will say is yes -the design intended was for the hooks to be placed further back on the head. What that does is extend the hook up range and help eliminate the need for the trailer hook.If I can add a chain link of trailer hooks to it during a tournament -I would. In fact I have added 3 trailer hooks in successions on baits fishing at night. I am whacked and have my moments.

From the desk of mastermind Blah Blah Blah. here is my opinion on trailer hooks. When i am fun fishing -NO TRAILER HOOK. When i am fishing a tournament - Trailer hook. I take no chances when fishing tournaments when $$$ and reputation is on the line. You must fish flawlessly . Its the difference between winning and losing and i dont fish tournaments to try to come in second place.I believe its the difference that separates amateurs and pros---PAYING ATTENTION TO DEATAILS.

Read the book LOL. Take a dab between your fingers -rub it through the skirt. Then pull or snap the skirt ends to anti coagulate the skirt fibers. Works like a charm.

Megastrike isnt always user or should I say looser friendly/ had this total a$$hole at one of the shows last year giving us a hard time about him not needing scents or attractants because he was such a good fisherman. So anyway he picks up a tube to smell it. He tries to squeeze it a bit to get it out of the tube. The tube was soft and had an air pocket in it. The guy squeezes harder and it burps out a big juicy wad of Mega all over his mustache and beard. He wipes it off and smears it even worse. Jim and I hit the floor laughing. He ends up abruptly leaving wiping it off all the way down the isle. What a freakn riot.. Thats what you get for not believeing LOL
