i'm more of a fan of a yellow rooster tail.. but any spinner should work

I have a pinnacle solene and it was pretty good for the 55 bucks i spent on it. However, now it is not working as smooth anymore and i've only had it for like 3-4 months and i rinse it out and everything after using it. I'm not sure why but its making squeaky sounds and anti-reverse seems to fail at times now and then

is it that much more impressive than a chug bug for the price?

i only use inlines for stripers and trout... they don't seem as effective for bass as other lures

has anyone used the LC Gunfish? how are they in comparison to the sammy?

i was wondering if anyone uses crayfish crankbaits and if they work or not. i don't mean crayfish pattern cranks only the ones that are actually shaped like a crayfish. Do they work and how do you use them?

i saw this on the bass pro shops site as well... its cheap and has a real high gear ratio... i don't know how useful a twitching bar is though...

t-rigged berkley 4" powerworm was the first artificial bait i caught anything on... so i'd have to go with that

i have a bag of merthiolate ones... i never really did get around to using them though... too many worms in my bag to choose from

i use a eagle claw red snap swivel for pretty much all applications... just saves a lot of time

this is very true... braid has no stretch whereas flouro has a little bit.... much less than mono but still a little amount of stretch. I wouldn't chuck that rod just yet

so i was fishing today and it was kinda slow and depressing... however the highlight of my day was when i was reeling in a rapala jointed shad rap and as i was reeling it out of the water this bluegill went and tried to take the shad rap. the funny thing was, all it could get in its mouth was the back hook and i looked at it for a while trying to figure out how that little bluegill thought he was gonna eat a shad that was not remotely close to being small enough to fit in its mouth... :-?
