on my lake the water temp is about 50 degrees, should i be fishing tight to the bank on points or be a good ways off the bank but still over the point. also what is the difference between a primary point and a secondary point. when and how should i fish these. thanks a million guys.

i wear the oakley half jacket xlt, they seem to fit my face better than any other glasses. the feature i like the best on them is the replaceable lens, if you prefer darker or lighter all you have to do is pop them in. they run about $120 but well worth the money

i throw a spinnerbait pretty regularly but have never serioulsy used a trailer hook. when you use a plastic trailer do you put it on the trailer hook or on the spinnerbait hook. and is there a greater catch percentage when using a trailer hook. thx for the input

if you only had one day to fish a lake and you had little to no information about the lake other than what a map would show, what would you look for and what would your possible plans of attack consist of.

any of you guys have any luck trying the 3x zeros, i use them a lot but have a problem with them floating. after a while of using them they seem to wanna sink, do i need to let them dry out or what

hey kegman, when you were looking for a boat in the winter, did you notice if the boats were any cheaper due to the season or were the prices pretty much the same year round. i am in the market and was just wondering if maybe it would pay off to wait a couple of months and save up some more money.

what would you guys reccomend for something around 7k. i would like to get at least 50 hp motor

i have pretty good luck right at sundown throwing a jointed silver/black back rapala. haven't caught anything huge on it, but its pretty reliable at times for me.

around these parts you can go into wal-mart and ask for a particular lure and not one person working in outdoors seems to have a clue what you are talking about. but i totally agree with you on the mom and pop outdoor stores,

i'm just kind of curious about others opinion on this, i'm not sure about everyone else but when i go fishing i can usually catch fish pretty regularly (now i'm not one to toot my own horn). but i always get quantity instead of quality, other than small fish population to lunker population, what could be some other reasons for me not being able to land a good lunker.
