  1. they're swimvaits do suck but for getting the feel of a swimbait they're good. try their tube with the worm inside it. these are good, and they don't smell as bad. The swimbaits have a "shrimp" scent and it does smell like plastic.

  5. cant forget about the banjo minnows and flying lures!!! (sarcasm) but on the true side the cranks and traps. they're killen me.

  7. anyone else that bought the banjo minnow kit ever tried the frogs? if so they any good, or is it like the rest of the kit. good in clear water if worked just right.

  9. roadwarrior thats pretty cool, but when my grandpa comby died we inhereted alot of his stuff rebels, rapalas, old johnson spincasters and all sorts of plastics.
  10. the only thing that got decorated was the inside of the ol tacklebox. forget the whole jolly thing. tis the season to succomb to the baitmonkey. to try and fend him off try shopping with someone who does not fish. and stay off the internet.

  16. i fish a pond that has seen every kind of trick worm out there try suspending a weight;ess t rigged u tail worm. the trick is to keep it level and to get the right style of tail. my personnal favorites are the bps squirmin worm and the zoom shakey tail.

  19. I was watching Jimmy Houston outdoors the other day and he kissed this big bass. The only problem was it had a dead bluegill in its mouth.
  20. if i actually got more than one worn out, out dated issue, i would actually like it. i have to agree with avid. accept throw in some squeeze cheese to make it funnier and slower.
  21. fishing with a 2 or more part rod and watching half the rod go straight into the water tying on your little brothers hook,then thinking it was your hook making a nice cast and watching your favorite lure witch you only have one of go into the pond all the way across, but just out of reach.
  22. my dad and my grandpa. I'm lucky in that my grandpa was the late and great comby of comby rod and reel repair. He could do anything, he tied his own jigs and spinners to even working with Bass Pro Shop when they were still a small company. ;D
  23. Are bonjo minnows really worth the trouble?
  24. i'd definanately say the weightless curl tail worm, or live minnows.
