  1. 3) I don't use keel weighted hooks because they kill the side to side action. Good thing I read this before hand. I Love keel weighted hooks and that's exactly how I planned to rig these when I first saw them. Thanks for the write up. This is why I love your baits. When you can interact first hand with the man behind the baits, You can really get the most out of the bait.
  2. That's my home lake. If I were you I would, slow down and focus on each area a little more thoroughly. Another thing I have noticed, the water has been really weedy and very stained/mucky low visibility. Try using lures with rattles (swimbaits and large crankbaits preferably) In weedy areas go with the Spro frog or any soft plastic bait rigged weedless. (Work the weedlines extensively) Question Where did you see Two floating 10+ pounders??? p.s anytime you wanna meet up and fish the Lake let me know. I have a 12' Jon boat.
  3. I have been thinking the same thing lately. Too many SHAD! One thing that I have found that still works every time "BIG SWIMBAITS"

  19. If you haven't tried the Lake Fork Live magic Shad, your missing out. http://www.***.com/descpageLFSPLFSB-LFLMS.html I have been doing very well this summer with this bait. It can be rigged weedless or on a jig head. I really cant say enough about this bait, just wanted to share with everyone. I'm sure most already know the potential of this bait. I'm posting this for everyone that doesn't. Try these options for rigging: http://www.***.com/descpageTERMYAMA-YSJH.html http://www.***.com/descpage-OTLW.html
  20. Here is one hell of a bait coming out this fall. http://www.***.com/descpageSPROSWIM-SBBZ16.html#pImage This bait almost makes the 4' version obsolete. Soft life like tail, two hooks, Larger profile, SAME PRICE. This will be a grand slam hit.
