These lures are by far not defective. These are some of the highest quality crankbaits around. For that price they are unbeatable.

Don't quit just yet. Try some of the following: -Fish Live bait (shiners, crawdads, night crawlers etc.) -Fish Early morning -Try booking a trip with a local guide to take you out and show you the lake and give you some tips. -Try varying the speed of your retrieves, sometimes that can make all the difference. Going out to the Lake with the attitude that you are the worst fisherman doesnt help either.

Heres how the weekend went down. 27 Bass in two hours, Fishing canals. I was nailing a fish on almost every cast throwing into drain pipes. The top 5 fish went around 23lbs.

That fish is a solid 4lbs. Nice catch!

Its hard to tell from that picture. My best guess would put it between 4-5lbs. The fish looks skinny maybe post spawn.

My main thing changes constantly, but fishing has been a part of my life since I was about 5 years old. I just recently got into targeting Largemouth Bass primarily over the Last two years. I would say this is my Main thing at this time. But previously for most of my life it has been Saltwater fishing.
