I'm really banking a lot on Moore and Masterson. If they put up big numbers I should be OK as far as pitching goes. I did my best with the available players to draft a balanced offense...there is a nice mix of power and speed. Wilin Rosario was ripped from me. Choo and Gio took a little tumble, but were snagged right before me as well. I got really screwed in the late rounds with closers and set up/hold guys.

I had my draft today; it went well I suppose. It's a 12 man H2H league. I picked in the one spot, and was able to get my top three (Trout, Yu, Kipnis)...pretty stoked they fell to me. Lol! I overslept for a baseball draft four or five years ago...also missed the first three rounds. I have my eye on Vargas as well. Pitchers went that way last year in our draft, and they'll at least go the same way again this year...not a bad thing if that allows me to grab a nice bat. Good work on the team. Agreed on the Nats front. One guy I used to shy away from the past two years, but now I may go for, is the Panda...contract year and he is actually in shape for once. Let us know how it turns out. Who are you avoiding in this year's draft. Most guys I am will be taken by others simply because of my draft position. Encarnacion comes to mind.

Amen! Where are you drafting? I have the one spot a week from Sunday. I am happy it is before Paddy's Day...those hangovers usually last several days for me. Out of curiosity what makes you think Moore is going to rock this year.

Agreed. He is one of the players I may target this year though...the way many mock drafts have worked out I have gotten good value on him.

I am really hoping the DB craw will soon come in Blue Craw. I absolutely clean house using the Baby Rage Craw in that pattern.

It's that time again ladies and gents...the sights, the smells, the binge drinking when your team is mathematically eliminated from the post season by the All Star break. Spring training is here, and there are a lot of big names in new places: Cano; Fielder; Kinsler; How do you have this year? What prospects are going to contribute to their respective big league team?
