I was fishing a farm pond two days ago not knowing if anything big was in there or not. I put on a shallow bandit crank on, and I caught a 11lber. I bet you guy's are thinking "ahh, it was probably like 4lbs." but no it was 11lbs. on a crank that i didnt think a hog would like. But I was wondering what ur favorite crank is and for what reason? BTW I'm only 14 with a 11lber under my belt ;D

Heck, our season doesn't open until Saturday. :'( I know :'( But atleast its almost time for it ;D

Man, I do the same thing you do... and when i saw a 5lber take my line, i set the hook and SNAP! After it happened a few more times i just said screw this... And now im back to my ol Stren floro ;D

I just got back from Randleman today and it is great! If i were in a tournament, we would have been culling 4lbers! I was so excited untill they told me people were keeping 10lbers... I mean you should keep a lake thats good, good.

You lucky dogs who are catching on topwater already. I havnt had one little nibble on a topwater lures...

All I've really heard is that they are new released rods, and they are selling fast... I've never even seen micro guides... They had one at the fishing expo that you could try out and it felt really good.

Hey guys, I was at the fishing expo yesterday, and I picked up a new rod from Duckett. The guides are really small which i thought was pretty cool. They are light as a feather, and i just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with them?

Hey guy's, I just got a Johnny Morris spinning reel for Christmas. I fish tournaments with my dad, and our first tournament is coming up in February. I was wanting to purchase a spinning rod before then so i could be ready to fish. The reel is more of a finesse reel, so I will probably use it for senko, shaky head, etc... So any help we be appreciated, thanks guy's.

If you already tried the senko... try it again cause they kill that thing at my ponds Also, try a rattle trap. that might catch a few

Well I'm going fishing tomorrow morning and I just bought a lc gunfish. I cant wait to try it out, but what do you guys think would be the best topwater lure to try? Personaly my favorite topwater lure is the spook, but sometimes the spook doesnt work as well as some other topwater baits. What is your go to topwater lure?

I agree 100% i cant wait till its over... I just want my favorite fishing shows to come back on.

Hmmm... it depends on where you live, water, weather, and is there brush where you live? You cant go wrong with yammamoto senkos... if you're going for numbers, use the 4". if you're going for bigger fish use the 5"

Well, I just rig them Texas, and twitch them and have had some luck. my ponds aren't very big either... I just had fun watching the lure in the water! But it wasn't bad when i caught some fish either

I used the gulp alive 3" minnow the other day, and I caught 27! I fish ponds most of the time and there is not much brush in them... the water is clear. If anyone has used the jerk shad just give me a rate on it! Thanks, Josh
