Castable fishing locators
I'm not sure how helpful they be for shore fishing, but they work great for a kayak.

Wire for DIY Tokyo rig?
I'd tie up a bubba shot if I needed that. No special hardware required.

Kayak Bass Fishing!
The cover deal is a pain when you're on the water in the heat of a bite. One thing I have seen is people cutting the top off the exact same stackable crate they use, and making a cover/shallow tray out of it. You can use those little ball and bungee loops for hinges.

Kayak Bass Fishing!
I dig that paint job! Pretty much all I do is attach rod holders to a crate and then use the gear tracks for any accessories. All three of my boats have tracks so I can simply rig each as needed for each, and all the stuff is interchangeable.

Looking for the smallest kayak boat that you can stand up.
Most SUPs are not inflatable.

Wire for DIY Tokyo rig?
As opposed to? The whole point of the swinging weight is to pull the bait through the weeds. Seems like more hardware and mass would be worse. This looks a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Some say the same about a Jika rig over a Texas Rig, though. So, there's that. I guess I don't get it. It looks cool and DIY, too. I don't see anything that would prevent or interfere with a bite, so it's all good.

Garmin Fishfinder 125 inoperative.
I'm sure you looked, but graph fuses are usually inline, not on a fuse block, and I like them closer to the battery to make it easy to check.

Wire for DIY Tokyo rig?
Why do you need wire for this again?

No reasonably priced bass boats?
I've seen that label here too. I think it's the old label. Maybe they are producing it still for "exports." To keep it topic related, do you think any of these Genny cans make into a Tracker hull?

No reasonably priced bass boats?
I'm sure it will all be fine, you won't feel a thing.

Post a photo a day!
They've totally killed some lakes around here by over harvesting. I can see harvesting around docks that are in use, but some areas they run them it just doesn't make sense. Also a ton of fish make it up that escalator and into the hopper to become fertilizer. I'm convinced many of them are entire year classes of young bass.

Headbanger Lures...Legit or Fake?
I saw an ad on Facebook for something that would cure baldness. I'm not bald so I don't know if it works.

What is your confidence bait/technique?
I'm pretty confident with whatever I have tied on. I've fished the same half dozen basic rigs/baits for decades and they all work. New rods, reels, line, or even a knot can throw me off and take a bit to leave my mind. As long I can fish focused, then I'm confident I can catch something. Changing to some special "confidence bait" isn't going to magically turn a slow day into a blockbuster.

Not getting the casting distances I hoped for out of my Daiwa reels, Tatula CT100 and CC80
A couple things I can think of. You're new to casting gear, so you just need some practice - tons of it. Also keep in mind most 'tubers are using wide angle lenses that make a 20' cast look like 100 yards. Bottom line: practice, and don't worry about anything else. Work on accuracy, and distance will come with it for free.

Any interest in trapping?
I heard a Ned gets rid of the skunk.

No reasonably priced bass boats?
It isn't exactly the same, but we have a bunch protected bays along the south shore that work much the same. Many like me trailer as well. We usually launch at one of these bays, and fish largemouth. They are usually anywhere from 20 to 75' deep, and much more eutrophic than the lake proper. If it's nice in the big lake, then we shoot out there for smallies. That little unmarked bay in the east, north of Wolcott is where I grew up, and where many of my on the water pictures are from. Irondequoit bay to the west is walking distance from my house, and what I commonly call the "City Dump." That thin slice of blue to the left of the City Dump is the mighty Genesee River, where Genny Light Beer comes from, lol. The finger lakes are just a few minutes south of this map.

As the season progresses, do you get ridiculous tan lines?
I can't help but to tan, even wearing sun block.

2016 Metanium MGL Screw Size
Short of bringing your reel in and trying to make one fit, good luck. It's probably easier to order one.

Actual good finds at pawnshops/thrift stores?
The only thing I ever see in pawn shops around here are vape junk and what looks like stolen tools.

Shocked by ned rig success?
Like wacky rigs? Get a better rod and learn to hook set Seriously though, if you're fishing it as a moving bait, I can't see it gut hooking too many.

Spraying is so much worse. You add poison AND all those stored nutrients back into the water when you kill the plants, which just ends up causing algae blooms.

Shocked by ned rig success?
It was a joke. Prime numbers are always integers.

Winter Topic: Have You Fished In A Lake That Contains A Monster/Creature?
Yes.

Shocked by ned rig success?
Pretty sure the weights have to be prime numbers in order to be fully considered a Ned, like 1/13 or 1/17 oz.
