Recent Trip To Steelhead Alley
Used to guide up there. I like it when you can hit a time with off colored water and not as many people. I hate those crowds

Question About A Boat Price
I have almost the identical boat, a couple years older and a foot longer. Thats exactly what I paid for mine but it was in immaculate condition for its age. Id say have at it if he has taken care of the motor. Youre not going anywhere in a hurry I hope because I think I can hit about 20 on a good day. 25 maybe with me and nothing in the livewell. Never checked it yet but I know its not fast.

Scouting Turkeys?
Cheap bird seed and a trail cam. Then go out preseason for two weeks at daybreak and listen for them to fire off on the roost, i do this even before work. After that I will shock gobble them if needed but I will never call to them. When they hear my call the first time I want it to be the last time. I also call in the car so I dont annoy my other half.

Are Aluminum Boats In Tournaments Common?
FYI I fish out of a 92 tracker tx17 with a 25hp evinrude 2 stroke. Takes awhile to get there but I can pull it with a 06 suzuki grand vitara and a tank of gas would last weeks even though I only fill it half way for weight savings. Top speed is about 20mph on a good day. Guys blow by me like I am sitting still at times. Funny how fast they show up when I start crankn hogs over the side.

Are Aluminum Boats In Tournaments Common?
That 190 comes standard with a 115 optimax... that thing is gonna run balls to the wall. The bottom end nitro has the same motor on glass which is going to be 1000lbs heavier.

Online Sporting License Sales Grow
I buy mine online and print 10 copies. That way I can leave one in the boat, one on my fly fishing gear, one in my car, backups at home

Co-Anglers - What Would You Do With Only 5 Rods.
Im a boater, currently I am fishing 3 baitcast setups and 2 spin If you dont know ANYTHING about the lake and youre fishing tournaments you might wanna worry more about learning about the lake than what your rod has tied on. Confidence in any tactic is bigger than the exact bait setup. Theres lots to learn about any lake by finding maps, depth charts, calling local shops, looking at the weather, is it man made, whats the banks made of... if it rains will it go to mud? does it hold smallies or largemouth...

Who Winterizes Their Boat?
I have no choice but to shut mine down. Yesterday when I left home it was 3 degrees without wind. Grease Everything Open All Drains Jack the front up Trim down the motor Moth Balls in the boat Fuel treatment in every tank always Fog it Batteries have onboard charger so they stay in the boat, it cycles to whatever mode is needed

Oh Boy.. I'm In Trouble.
Mine would be LIVID if that much tackle showed up at one time. I keep my boat at my parents house because I dont have anywhere to charge my batteries at home. I have my stuff delivered there but its never to the tune of $1000. YOOOOOOOOOW I hope you have the money to pay that off soon or you probably paid in reality at least $1200 so any savings will be toast.
