  9. Awesome fish!
  10. I call em Beavers but what I am actually fishing the Wolly Hog Craw. Why? Because some say scent does not matter but I am sold on that YUM stuff. I fish Yum 10 to 1 to the other stuff. I can pick up the Yum stuff around here locally and Sweet Beavers are harder to find. Action? almost the same Cost? Yum is cheaper than Beaver Durability? about the same.....1 to 3 fish and they are done.
  11. Welcome to BR Vinnie
  12. The guy who had a farm next to ours had a blue heeler. That dog would wonder over all the time.Everytime you turned your back on that dog he would nip the back of your leg. I did not like that dog very much. Then one day I got to see the dog work. The cattle had busted through the fence. The guy showed up with the dog said whatever the command was and in less than a minute the dog had rounded up 15 head and run them back through the hole in the fence. Very impressive! Second and coolest thing I have seen out of these dogs. My Dads best friend is a brick mason and he has one. He has for years told us storys of how the dog hated snakes! The dog fights and kills everyone he finds. He said if he can not find the dog he never worries he knows he is after a snake somewhere. Anyway, one day we are down at his house and the dern dog was grabbing and pulling out 2x8x12 boards he had pilled up he used for scaffolding. I asked him what the hell the dog was doing? He just as calm as could be said he smells a snake in there. about 45 minutes later the dog unpiled the scaffolding and killed a 3ft copper head. The dog once got bit by a copper head he guessed. He said the dog was laid up for 3 days and was fine. Any dog that kills snakes is A OK in my book!
  13. That is awesome! Nothing better than little ones.
  14. Good news! Hope your fishing together real soon.
  15. Here's to nothing but good news! Just noticed the quote to BTW.......nice!
  16. Hey Articcat you are getting a little ahead of yourself. Advancing 1 round further than the Sox means nothing unless they when it all there is a 1 time use rule with a dis. Using the same one twice isn't really allowed and never funny the second time. Chill out and see how this thing plays out. I am a Yankee fan but right now you are making us look bad!!
  17. Welcome to BR Paul
  18. Great story. What an outing you had! Thanks for sharing.
  19. Yeah a year and a half ago, I chose between that or a double hernia surgery. Did the hernia surgery, after the 3 weeks of hell I went through after that...I have avoided doctors and especially operating rooms like the plague Probably a good thing you chose in that order. Another good friend of mine has a 5 yr old running around about 8 yrs after the vasectomy. He had hernia surgery a year after the vasectomy. He held several intense Q and A's with all doctors concerned until they explained just how the hernia surgery reversed the vasectomy. It is funny now......for awhile back then it was not so funny :-?!
