I had to stop into the local Wally world (pharmacy) yesterday late afternoon to get some meds for my wife. And it was packed. With schools cancelled/closed here for 2 weeks, folks were stocking up on just bout everything. Some were toting two carts - Loaded too. But what impressed me was the attitude. Most everyone was joking and smiling - it was hectic for sure, but most were at least being civil about it. Of course this particular store does have a rather large beer, wine & 'spirits' section. Which was seeing a ton of 'action'. A-Jay

Gas Prices here have plummeted to $1.86 gal. Been close to 16 years or so since I can remember anything close to this one. Too bad I don't want to actually go anywhere. A-Jay

There are several (million) trailers that work, I use a few and there really isn’t any rhyme or reason to what I hang on the back as these all catch fish for me. The Strike King Rage Bug, Rage Menace and Blade Minnow are good. As is the Yamamota Zako. I’ve fished paddle tail swimbait style trailers quite a bit in the past and have all but abandoned their use here. Where a swimbait makes an excellent trailer on swim jigs and spinnerbaits – It just does not produce for me like the baits mentioned above. Even when I turn the tail up, which may folks swear by. Michigan has the Master Angler program. I used to register several brown bass a season. I stopped a while ago. They publish annual best C & R catches at the end of each seaon. They also gives out a patch. It's a little sappy. A-Jay
