I think in the vids there moving it way too fast. Try a steady slow presentation and my famous 1-2-3 twitch n pause. Or cast it and twitch it trying to barely move it. My gut feeling is it's going to work. We just need to nail down the best presentation. There are different brands making these. I'm thinking of using a good steel leader too. Don't keep the car too long where it starts costing more money than its worth. Older cars become wells we keep on throwing money in them. There's a time to bail. Here's my plan that works. I buy a new car for the best price I can get. I find the end of the month is the best time to buy when the dealer has to pay interest on the unsold cars if it's slow the better sales wise. I purchased a $22k car for $16k. Now I pay for the car in five years. Now I go another five years with no payment. I change brakes and belts maybe sparkplugs, tires.. at the end of ten years it's gone before it needs big dollar repairs. If you have two cars you stagger the five years so you only have one car payment. My method seems to work better then running the car in the ground then donating it. When my kids were small we put them in there ripped play clothes. Me in my work clothes and we go car shopping. I tell the salesman I just need a car for work. I get a lower price than there specials. Haggle. In my younger days I was a mechanic at the dealers. You have to play the game to win. Don't walk in and just pay.

During Christmas the men of Bastone were fighting for there lives and country holding the crossroads never giving up. They fought with no winter clothing, no warm boots, running low on ammo. My point is every Christmas eve I do a toast to our brave men in Bastone to honor them and all the rest who fought in WW2. Don't worry ill have a double shot for Korea, nam, kuwait, and Iraq too. Split rings on most of all the CRANKBAIT and popper pull eyes. I use ball bearing locking snap swivels to change baits faster. I have a hard time tying knots. I believe I get a better, smoother, wobble out of the crankbaits using locking snap swivels. Split rings on hooks is suppose to be better for hookups.

My Mann's classic spinnerbaits use the Indiana blades. I tinkered with a Mann's spinnerbait single 3/16oz single blade by going up one size larger blade. More pump for the thump. The first day of trial I caught a few bass. I was proud I got its down I was catching bass thanks to Glenn's support to keep on trying it. Ok of course my last cast a large 30" pickerel came parallel to the droppoff actually up out of the water on the rocks as I lifted the spinnerbait out of the water it ripped it off my line. I froze I couldn't believe my eyes. My point is when thinking about the blade size go one size larger. The more thump the better. Don't forget I'm fishing from shore. My success so far are the 1/8oz to 1/4oz spinnerbaits. The speed is the key reel it just fast enough so the blades spin. Don't go too fast. Now try it above the sight line near the surface. Then try is slower below the sight line where we can't see it. Below the sight line the spinnerbait is in there face.

My tackle boxes are organized. Anyone who isn't organized should try night fishing. Then watch how fast they will change there bad habits when they spend half the night looking for stuff. I'm a neat freak. I wasn't till I started bass fishing. I always fished for trout, I was that fishing six weeks a year guy in the springtime. Not much in tackle. Mainly rusted stuff. I learned to keep my tackle box closed in the rain. And after each trip leave the tackle box open in so the water will dry out. No more rust and the baits look new after decades.
