Also, there is a Firefox addon called "IE view", which allows you to right click and pull up the current page in IE for that seldom page that isn't supported in Firefox.

I've had a lot of trouble with IE in the past. Pages took too long to load and even froze up completely. Firefox is IMHO 10000x better than IE. I haven't had any issues with is performance. Firefox also has hundreds of add-ons that allow you to customize your browser.
