  1. On the Bass Pro's TV show today they were fishing swimbaits. At the end the show he was fishing a big bluegill swimbait,do any of you know what the bluegill bait is called and where can I get some? I don't think he said who made that bait!
  2. How 'bout one of them hooks for your cap! ;D ;D I was thinking a bit BIGGER, but something is better than nothing! Ike 8-)
  3. Load up on the Netbait Baby Paca Craws and the Paca Craws! You won't be sorry.and by the way my birthday is coming up!
  4. What color jigs do you like in clear water? And what color jig in dark water?
  5. I guide at night and I use 10" and 12 " worms in deep water. I use 5/0 to 7/0 off set worm hooks.Alot of people don't have the faith to throw big worms, but they flat out catch bass. It is more of a summer pattern.
  6. OH BOY,I did it again, someone should kick me. Sorry Roland just kidding!
  7. I did get to see the Roland Martin Show today, but I only did get to see the last part of his show. They were fishing in Wisconsin, do you guys know where they did the show in Wisconsin? Roland was fishing with some woman, it may have been his mom.
  8. Let me just say this DON'T talk down to me you don't know me! Frist off I did not say that Bill was not good. He has alot of good tips that have helped me along. I know alot of Pro's ,that know Bill and they say what you said. I did meet Bill a Few times and he is great. All I did mean is that his TV Shows are done on his lakes, and that it was nice to see him fish somewhere else. I have the upmost respect for Bill Dance! And before Bill started fishing the phosphate lakes he fished regular old lakes like you and me. And guess what? He caught fish there too. I love to watch Bill fish period. The guy single handedly taught me how to fish plastic worms. When you realize his show has been on the air for probably 35 years, it's not hard to realize he likes to take shortcuts. He knows people want to see fish caught on a fishing show. He also takes the time during each show to teach something about bass behavior. Not what lure he's pitching this week but something about bass behavior that might help a viewer the next time he's on the water. I did not mean to upset anyone! It was not an attack on Bill. I was just trying to say that it was nice to watch him on a lake in Fl.and fishing with someone.I do think that if Bill was still doing tournaments that he would be up there with KVD or myabe better than him. I agree with you! I am sorry if you took what I was trying to say the wrong way.

  10. Have any of you fished this worm? I did get some and they look very good but I have not had a chance to get out since I got them. I have the 7 in. and the 11 in.
  11. Bass Pro has them in there Catalog=Owner has a 6/0 & 7/0 Wide Gap Plus the item number is 21-421-134 $ 3.79 for a 3 pack. And Gaamakatsu has them too!
  12. Has anyone fished this worm? And do you like it?
  13. You can make your own weighted hooks! Just take a core weight and remove the rubber insert. Then make the space alittle wider and crimp it on your hook, works great. And it is alot better on $$$$$.The nice thing too is you can change weights without changing hooks.
  14. I just got done watching Bill Dance fishing in the Florida Everglades and I fell off my chair . And he was fishing with a guide . What is this world coming to? Bill Dance on on a body of water that he does not have the bass trained! His show was nice to watch for a change!
  15. Yes, I like to fish the craw worm too. I have a bunch of the old Mad Man craw worms. I did work for Mad Man Lures. But they are a great bait, and I use them as jig trailers and fin.jigs, and I T-rig them.
  16. What colors do you like and what kind of trailer do you use?
  17. When is it and where?
  18. What do you guys do, back reel or let the drag on the reel work for you? I let the drag from the reel help me out. But I am not sure if I should start to back reel to the fish?
  19. Do you guys use hair jigs in the spring and summer,or do think that hair jigs are a just a cold water or river jig?
  20. Tru-Tungsten has a very cool weight pegging stop! It is a very small rubber stop that you can slide up and down your line or push it up to your weight, it works great.
  21. What color do you guys like to fish? I want to get some and try them out. What make them so much better than a Rattle-Trap?
  22. Just would like to know what is your go to color for a lizard?
  23. OK, Thanks I think I will change my mind and join the band wagon. Sorry about all of them mean looking smilies!
