Thanks for all the input guys. We did win the tournament by less than a pound. The t-rig fin.worm did good as a pre rigged worm, but it was a SLOW bite, only 14 fish came in.

OK I have a tournament on Sun. ( 6- 29 ) and every thing is going wrong. First a front will have passed,temp around 70 with north to northwest winds at about 16 to 20 mph rain all day!The lake is clear and it has weeds and some slop, it is about 50 deep.How would you guys fish it and what baits? The Temp. had been in the low to mid 80's before the front!

You will love this bait, but I like to fish them on a T-Rig also. I got my two big bass last year on the Baby Paca craw ( 61/2 and a 7 1/2 two weeks apart). And I fish them on a C-rig and hang on. Colors that I like Greenpumpkin,Summer Craw,Watermelon Pepper,Black Blue or Black Shadow,Chartreuse Pumpkin,Pumpkin Pepper. I know one thing for sure, you WILL be buying more! I like to pitch and flip the bigger one ( the Paca Craw )into the thick stuff .

I use it on floating tubes ( Gene Larew ) and it works great. I took first in a tournament fishing this way. The bass were just off the bottom and I was fishing from the start, Buzzbaits,spinnerbaits,senko's,T-rig worms for about half of the day, and I had 3 keepers. And then I put it together and found how the bass there off the bottom, so I put on the split shot with the floating tube and I hit it big. The split works great with the pre rigged worms like The Worm, Fin. worms,and small frog baits ( Netbait has a real cool little Frog ), Flukes and so on.

Thanks for your info, now I feel alittle better about fishing the drop shot in weeds. I thought it was just for a clean bottom, or deep water. THANKS Dan

I want to try this more this summer. But is a Drop Shot only good on a clear bottom or can you fish it on a lake with weeds?

Thanks for your input, I have a tournament this Sun. so I may give them a shot. I will pre fish Sat., the bass are post spawn and some still spawning.

I want to fish more swim baits, so what is the best time or season to fish them. Pre spawn.spawn,post spawn,or summer,fall? I bought some of them hallow body swimbaits.

Just would like to know if any good info on this bait? At $20.00 a bait just alittle steep!

Just wanted to know if any of you have fished the Shad or Frog when the spawn was on? I have a tournament coming up and they are starting to spawn.

I am not sure were to post this. But I want to take this time to Thank all of our Lady's and Men that are keeping us out of harm's way! Wright on, this is the best stuff that I have EVER used by a long shot! I will use all my boat wax that I have left on my car or maybe my lawn mower ;D but Bass Boat Saver on my boat!!!!!!!!!

I guide at night and I have found that BIG BASS DEEP WATER! The only time that I fish topwater at night is a BIG black jitterbug or when I hit the slop. But 90% of a big bass,s life is spent in deep water. I have caught alot of bass in water from 10 ft. to 40 ft. at night and they are good size,from 5lbs to 8 lbs. And yes big worms,jigs,but one bait that I have done very well with is, the Netbait Baby Paca Craw and the Paca Craw on a T-rig and a C-rig.

I know that this has been posted before! I went over my tackle and I have 6 bottles of pork trailers and I never use them! What I would like to know is, do you guys use pork trailers only in the spring and early summer? Or do you use them in summer too?

I was thinking of getting one of these for my Triton to put some of my tackle on the back of my rod lockers. Do any of you use them and which one do you think is better? Dan

I think these are the one he was fishing. But OH BOY $ 30.00 a pop, we have alot of them fish with BIG teeth,and to have one of them eat that $ 30.00 bait I would be lost for words!
