She makes a mean scrambled egg/bacon sandwich at 3am, has some cool friends and knows how to keep Robert in line. She's sneaky when it comes to paying for things in the cash out line and used to be a big Coffee fan like most of us but has gone cold turkey. This is also the chick that you wish had a single sister Great to have you on board G!! PS- she's a BIG live bait fan, has a thing for crickets

For all the guys who have replied and PM'd me, I really appreciate your interest. I am going to make a thread explaining what is involved with being a CAST host. This will clear a lot of things up and answer a lot of questions all in one shot. It will also provide you the place to ask questions. Much of this same info is available on the CAST site but this way, you will have direct accountability and quicker, more personalized access to answers, via me. I'll work on this and have it up for the weekend. Thanks again for your interest. Should you decide to get involved, I can personally promise you that it will change you. Period.

well, I'm not married, but I know a few things,lol Personal is the key. A framed print of a bunch of picturres. Have a theme. THEMES the kids US (pics from when you started dating till today) Christmas's past If you bring all the prints you want done (on disc, card or prints,etc) to CVS, Walgreens,etc and they have different templates/layouts to choose from and will make a print of a the finished collage for you. Now, bring the print to a framer and it's done. But here's the key, Presentation is everything!! Make it her moment. Explain to her (and hopefully the watching kids) what each picture means to you. THAT'S the real gift

Does that come silk lined so they can just bury you right in it? I know some of these cars are built w/ better safety specs than a big car but any time I see someone get into a Miata or something tiny like that I just gotta wonder how "secure" they feel careening down the road. I know my UPS truck could make short work of one of those things. Like I hit a pothole or something,lol

Just to clarify, essentially what we do as hosts is we team up local bass club captains with handicapped, disabled or disadvantaged kids for a day on the water. CAST provides the rods/ reels, tackle boxes, tackle, shirts, hats, plaques, and liability, etc for the day. And now UPS provides the $$! These things are all kept by the kids. We aim to teach the children and their parents/caretakers how to fish. We set them up and teach them in a way that encourages them to continue at it even after the event. It was nice having Mike Jr (Tin2win) there with me also. He and his family are a big part of this RI movement. I got to introduce him to a few big hitters and he represented in true Ambassador style. Many UPS'ers help in this effort, Tin2win, Matt 5.0, just to name a few. Without volunteers of this caliber, we would be dead in the water. Thanks guys

This morning, I was presented with a check from Senator Sheldon Whitehouse on behalf of UPS for CAST For Kids. This check is for 5k which goes 1/2 to paying for the event we just had and 1/2 to start an event in Mass. (corp headquarters for New England)!!! Wait, it get's better. I was pulled aside after the presentation by the regional manager, and he asked me a bunch of questions about CAST. He's a fisherman. He offered to pay for the RI event EVERY YEAR!!!!! wait, it gets better.... They want to also pay for me to start a new event, in a new state, EVERY YEAR!! So UPS has committed to paying for the ground breaking in a new state, AND the RI event,..every year! So,...I have Mass on line for '08,.....who wants to do '09,...I already have the $$, that's probably the hardest part of throwing one of these events. Anyone interested in bringing CAST to their home state?? Sidenote- Often, when I post about CAST stuff, the replies are all about commending me. I appreciate it but need to point out once again that NONE OF THIS would be possible if GLENN didn't turn me on to CAST in the 1st place. Glenn has been commited to CAST for years and is the one who educated me on the whole program. The kids this has and will affect,...and myself, would like to thank him for that now. Thanks Glenn!! Well, they don't fight like they eat (on top). Once you hook one, they "sound". (dive deep, straight down.) With the size of the boat we use, we pull the boat to the fish for the most part and after that , then it's a matter of pulling it up. They do a figure 8 as they come up.

Not so, he's a value hunter, just buys things from a different class. He will still find that special reel at it's cheapest cost out there. (Then add $200 of carbon fiber accessories to it,lol)

You mean AFTER you poop? If sharks are anywhere near as dense as Tuna, it's much bigger than 600 lbs.
