Whether or not you agree with the call, it's a dumb rule that needs to be removed. They're taking the emotion out of the sport.

You can count on it. BASS has made it very clear they want the Elite Series and Classic to be strictly professional anglers. It should come as no surprise when they announce there no longer will be Federation anglers in the Classic.

They completely and utterly left out the west coast. Very deliberate, which has NOT gone unnoticed by (soon to be ex) BASS members in the west.

I think the point is, it was a TERRIBLE call. If the call hadn't happened, and the PAT blocked, then so be it. But the fact of the matter is, the poor refereeing played a role in the outcome of the game. Not cool.

I had a chance to check out the full lineup at ICAST. Pretty sweet rods. When I talked to him last week, he said he wanted to have rods that were unique and different than what was already on the market. Sweet rods.
