  1. The bass love the 6" Zoom lizards.
  2. I use plastics only from GYCB, Rage Tails, and Zoom
  3. For 7-10 inch worms, I'll use 4/0-5/0.
  4. That IS a healthy bass. Looks like a football.
  5. Favorites: W-Rigged senko or T-Rigged Zoom finesse worm (1/8oz weight).
  6. Typically junebug or black/ blue fleck
  7. Looks good Big M
  8. In small ponds around here where people usually catch a bunch of dinks, there aren't many, if any, bigger fish in the ponds. This is due to there being too many fish in the ponds and there growth is stunted so they are normally small fish all about the same size. There could be a couple of nice ones in there, but it sounds like the bass population is stunted.
  9. Those paint jobs look incredible. Nice job.
  10. Those look great
  11. Some quality fish CWB. All look healthy. Got to love that rage shad
  12. Great fish BNW! Unique color scheme on that stickbait as well.
  13. Auto-Air colors are what I use consistently. I order them from Bear Air. They have a page that tells you the difference between opaque, pearlescent, etc. Hope this helps
  14. I personally think gravity feeds are 10x better. My first airbrush was a siphon feed and then I switched to a gravity feed and noticed a huge difference. Make sure you buy a quality airbrush. The Iwatas are real popular and do great. Just like Big M said, don't buy cheap paints. I spray using primarily Auto-Air, but Createx occasionly for certain colors.
  15. http://www.***.com/descpageXTOOLACC-XTGNW.html I think Cabelas carries it also. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. It's real accurate.
  16. Nice hawg! Too bad she didn't make it
  17. Tough to tell by a picture. I'll let others tackle this for you. Good fish though.
  18. My vote would be a spook. Bass seem like they hit the spook harder than other topwaters. It's easy to use and has great action.
  19. I shoot about 30 psi usually just like The Natural. When I need to spray closer to the bait for more detail, I bump it down to 10-15 psi. x2 on the water trap, especially if you have a lot of humidity in your area.
  20. When fishing smaller waters, I have been wearing them out on t-rigged zoom finesse worms with a 1/8oz weight. Also a 4 inch senko will get them to bite.
  21. Well Dixon, I'm not sure about the vegetation/ structure of the lake. Topwater sounds good though for starting off. Once the topwater bite dies down, I would toss some jigs at some hard structure if there is any. If you can't get any bites, switch to a wacky rigged senko and work it slowly through the shallower water. The senko should fill the livewell for you. It's usually what I fall back on if they won't bite anything else. Good luck out there! Let us know how you do tomorrow.
  22. Great job, those are some healthy looking fish.
  23. All of the above About your avatar, for mine I had to crop it down to decrease the size of the file.
