  11. As bill dance would say she is just about ready to bed up. Nice fish.
  12. I would say not, But I'm no expert. I will tell you this I have two caught LMB in the same area I caught a Pickerel.
  13. Did you catch the pickerel? I am sick of them now and the season has just begun. They ruin my lures. I have not been out all week. I just can't fish well when it's windy, My inflatable is all over the place LOL.
  14. Well we usually catch them in the middle of the pond in the deeper sections, But remember he used a bobber and a real worm which was set up about 2 to 3 feet down. They school up pretty well in the summer and it's not uncommon to catch many in the same location. It's cool to watch them kill the bobber and drag it under. WOW thats a hawg. Nice one.
  15. Nice. Crappie fishing is fun also.
  16. I will tell this my son throws a bobber and a live worm and catches crappie at horseshoe. He will do this when he gets bored fishing for bass. Here is a one of many he caught last summer. This was one of the biggest. Not bad for a 7 year old huh.
  17. 97ninja I sent you a Message.
  18. I may take my son to Robinson pond this weekend on my ski and fish boat. It looks to big for my little inflatable lol. Tom how is the fishing there? Is there any smallmouth? I am going to get the clarks book soon. I did not even bother to head out today it was way to windy.
  19. Have not tried there, but try a jig with a trailer (black/blue) 1/4 ounce and fish very slow. Hope this helps.
  20. Thanks. Is the launch area big enough for a 17' bass boat? If it is I may take my son fishing up there.
  21. Yes, But it's better in the summer. I have only caught two small ones so far this year. Last summer I could catch 5 a day on average with my son. It does get alot of pressure from the locals also that live around there.
  22. Nice fish. 6 pounder must of been a nice fight. Bass season is here. Good luck this season.
  23. Hey tom it was nice to meet you in person. I stayed till dark and got nothing. They were there but could not get them to bite. I am going to take my little guy tommorow with me and give it another shot. I would like to see him get one.
  24. Nice. Where are you fishing? I have never caught a smallmouth yet and would like to try to find a place to catch them?
  25. I'm dragging them and giving them a hop. I also pause for about ten seconds in between.
