Hey, Does anyone know if a 12' Aluminum v-hull with a 4 horse outboard and a 25Lb trolling motor need to be state lisenced? I plan to be fishing there on June 13, Free fishing day, and kinda... need to know. I've looked it up on many search engines and websites and can't find out anything about it. Hey, Any of you guys got some tips for fishing smallies on a jerkbait? My waters get around 65 degrees in the summer, and structure is Trees, rocks, grass, docks, etc. THANKXZ FOR ANY ADVICE!!! ;D ;D
