Well, got out on the boat today, but had a horrible day. It was probably about 40 degrees F. out, and it was raining all day. I used lipless crankbaits, i drop-shotted, I tried jigs, and i tried soft craws. The only bass i saw was a monster about 5-6 lbs. he was following a baby bass lipless crankbait up to the boat from about 20 feet of water. I played around with him for a while, and then he swam off. Doesn't want bass for lunch... hmmm... :'( > :'( :-/ :-[

The first hair jig i ever used... hmmm... I was fishing with a crankbait, and i hooked around an old line, (thrown away), but i kept the hair jig. The hook was not rusted, and looked like it was just lost. anyway, I tied it on, and automaticly caught 2 nice bass. now I like BPS enticer jigs.

That's just wrong... It is only legal on bull frog and unprotected non-gamefish here in WA to... The fact that those people did that is just, well, horrible... This makes me just sad. I will deffinatly be keeping my eye open for that more often now. And for people keeping fish illeagally, such as illeagal species, overexceeding the bag limit, etc. I will also be out more often watching, but that's good for me too! ;D

Could those be Chain Pickerel? The Lateral line is like that on a bass when the water is cold. The line will be more distinct ;D

All I can say is that my baitcaster doesn't do light...

I live about a 5 minute WALK from the Spokane River, so I fly fish... Not that fancy of a combo... Only $150... I'm a young fly fisherman! only 13! ;D
