Has any one installed a manual jack plate.I have a skeeter SX190 with the motor bolted to the boat.I think a jack plate would help with speed and handling but i have no experience with a jack plate.how easy was the install and what was the benefits.Thanks for the help.

Hay Catt thought you might want to know there was a 13 pounder caught out of your back yard this past weekend.It was caught around millionaire point. The tournament was at night out of military rec.Of course they blew everybody away.

If your on the south end try Tidbits and Tackle.They are on the corner of Hwy 111 going back to Anacoco.They have a good selection of worms and hard baits.

If you only have two wires coming out of your light then the light is self grounding.By that I mean the bolts that hold the light on is your ground point.make sure you clean all paint or rust from all holes.Also clean mount hole for white wire at the front of your trailer.One other tip don't use pinch on connectors.take the time to solder and heat shrink all connections,you'll be happy in the long run.

Ok Catt I have a question about the bend. I fish the dam area,Indian creek,Tx and La island and some on the La side. I seem to be stuck in the dink farm. I'm a self admitted bank beater because lack of confidence and knowledge of deep water.What would you recommend to a guy like me that would like to find a better class of fish.

What kind of wax do y'all use. Ive been told furniture polish or regular car wax would work. I have an 03 skeeter sx190.

Has anybody had any experience with Lowrance h20 handheld gps.I'm looking for a gps unit for my boat but can't afford 5 or 600 dollars.Any help would be great.

Catt I just found this site and I realy liked what you wrote. Two questions? when you fish at these depths do you cast or verticle fish. Do you have beter luck fishing uphill or downhill.
