Phenix
i would get a Ultra MBX 707 H or if want a shorter blank , get the Ultra MBX 700 H . i like a faster action and in my opinion the Ultra is faster and gets to the backbone of the rod quicker . i fish mostly 3/8 & 1/2 oz. jigs plus trailer . just had a Ultra MBX 707ML built , gonna pick it up tomorrow my next rod to be built is the 707H , for jigs and big shakey heads , then a 707Mh for bladed jigs , lipless crankbaits, texas rigged plastics , etc.. in my opinion and what i like in a jig rod , the K2 blanks have a moderate fast action which i don't like . the are nice blanks but for fishing jigs in deep water , they are not for me ...

Sunline vs Seaguar
seaguar is definitly stretchy !!! the major reason i will never use their lines . Sniper , in my opinion , the best all around Flourocarbon line you can get , not much memory ,very strong , and minimal stretch . if you want a stiffer line with even less stretch , pick up some Shooter

there is the BB1 & the BB1 Pro , the BB1 Pro is $199 , the BB1 is $159 the reason for the cost of the BB1 Pro is for the 95mm carbon fiber handle and the ACB brake system , best braking system on a Lew's reel ....- 3 replies
