Cost of lures?
This topic comes up from time to time and there's one thing I notice more times than not. There are folks that will not pay what they think Is too much and there are folks that don't care about price. I have always been of the opinion If you want a $25.00 bait and have the means then buy it. What others buy or don't buy doesn't affect me at all. If you put In the time you can find many of the high dollar baits on sale. If you have to buy wisely and Inexpensively you can do that too. In the end If you have confidence In a bait, whether It's high dollar or Inexpensive, then you have won half the battle. I'm like many folks In that I want a deal but If I have a high amount of confidence In a particular bait that goes North of $20.00 I will buy it. I'm sure there are folks out there that think a high dollar bait will out fish a bargain bait and In some cases that might be true but the fisherman I know well couldn't care less what others are throwing and not a soul on this site should ever care what others think of their equipment, PERIOD. If you are having fun, catching fish, and staying within your budget, then you are a rich man already.

Fishing Buddy Excuses
I went several years with a buddy that was Intolerable when he was catching fish and down right crappy when he wasn't. He was a big excuse maker and the last year fishing with him broke me of fishing with anyone for quite a while. I fish alone or with my wife now and have for several years. it works, I/we have fun, and whatever the reason why I/we don't catch fish might be up for debate but I/we always have FUN!

Brand of jigs
The best all around jig Is a Siebert Outdoors Brush Jig. I use It for a number of applications and while I could suggest several colors that's a personal choice. The one color you can never go wrong with Is Bluegill. Lastly, If customer service Is Important , and It should be, you'll not have any better customer service than from Mike Siebert. I too fish Siebert jigs exclusively and don't see that changing.

How do you keep your tackle organized?
OK, this Is an old picture of some Rebels I have but I also do this with the baits I fish. I keep them on pegboard and take what I need when I fish. It's easy to see what you have and while at the end of each season (only the month of January) I unload all my boxes, do an Inventory and re-stock. The other plus to this Is you get to admire the hundreds of baits you never use.

Favorite Finesse Craw/Creature Bait
I like the R.I. smallie beaver. I TX rig it or use a Siebert Outdoors 3/16 Zenith shakeyhead.

Shakey heads
http://www.siebertoutdoors.com/searchquick-submit.sc?keywords=zenith+shakeyhead I use 1/4 oz mostly and I fish It a number of ways. The trailers I use are R.I. smallie beavers, Zoom finesse worms, standard and magnum, and a Zoom 4" dead ringer.
