  1. follow the fourbizz advice--After the make-up they have the fear that the sister (or best friend) can take you away at anytime. THAT will be on HER mind forever. THEN you can progress ahead on even ground. ALSO spend a lot more time fishing, It's good to relax.
  2. My grandkids did this in our pond--one caught a 22" largie on them--They seem to work as bait due to the multi-colors in them. As I have a worm bed for the kids to use, I told them to eat the gummy worms & use real worms. Skylor still sneaks one for bait when I'm not looking. :D
  3. The REV is coming--And I don't mean the engine sound. > > >
  4. Front -back compromise--how about building new mounts for where your seats are now, that the batteries can be in. Less wire to run forward, weight centered, & boxes built out of wood look good. Great work your doing.
  5. Two brackets per " pontoon" going up to top rail on side of boat. The brackets are slide adjustable so he can change length to fit boat load. He has marks on slides that make it quick to change from 1 man to 2 man boat as to weight.
  6. A single shot derringer?? :D :D
  7. 13 grandkids & 5 kids of mine plus mates--I can't count that high ;D ;D

    Get ready---Coming to a town near you. HOPE & CHANGE : :
  11. Friend of mine solved his problem this way. He bolted a 8' piece of PVC pipe on each side. About 8ft long each. Capped each pipe. The added stability is amazing. He then removed the benches & installed pedestal seats so that you can walk all the way around on the floor. The floor is covered between the bows with a thick industrial floor mat of rubber. This contraption is a very stable & comfy boat to fish from.
  12. Funfarm, you mentioned the Millerstown boat launch as a good place to start, is that with wading in mind? Remember, I don't have a boat, and won't have access to one unless I can find someone with one, so for the days (most of them) where I'm setting off in my waders, are there any real good places to start? Perhaps some little pulloffs or something that boats can't put in at? On second thought as well, does anybody know of any little creeks near the State College area that hold smallies? Millerstown is wadable for extremely long stretches both directions. Many Creeks in the area for Smallies also. PM for better locations. I have 3 boats so Possible could get a fishin trip arrainged.

  18. SOLUTION--don't remove the seal--use a knife & cut out the center only, leaving the rim of the seal--NO MORE LEAKS ;D

Sounds like lobbying them. THAT is why we have the best government money can buy. The two parties just trade places every few years & keep accepting the money. (that is not MY cause)

  23. I pull a 20' pontoon to Canada twice a year with a 94 Aerostar Van V-6. Been doing that since 94 & also pull the bass boat around Penna. mountains. Have F150 king cab that sucks on gas so Van is better choice & pulls about the same.
