Does sensitivity on rod really matter?
Anything with trebles, it dosn't matter as much to me.

How often do you fish?
Not nearly as much as I would like to! Usually 2 or 3 times a week, lately I've been lucky to get out once a week though.

Crazy invite, crazy night!
hm weird... at home with firefox it is never an issue, at work I have to scroll because only have IE on this computer. Not sure if that is the issue maybe. Anyway nice fish, I don't think I would mesh very good with that guy ;D Sounds like he is way to high strung.

How's this for value ?
Were you jigging the tube? I find they kill tubes here when jigging them, when crawling them they just pick it up. I'm surprised a single tube lasted 12 fish... that is nuts!

Thinking Outside The Box-Painting Cork Handles Black?
I'm the exact opposite I don't like the look for the tennis racquet wrap or shrink warp compared to the cork. I don't mind cleaning the cork every few months with magic eraser.

Bad picture for such a big fish
Nice bass, to bad you went the one to catch it though.

Which Powell Baitcast Rod?
Never fished that specific Cumara. I would guess though comparing to other Cumara's that the powell is probably slightly stiffer, not by much though.

Which Powell Baitcast Rod?
I have: 683c: Gen purpose 704c: Spinnerbaits 735c: Frogs I fish a lot of frogs, and imo the 735c is the best frog rod on the market. It has an XF tip to help you sling it, and enough back bone to pull a toad out of some seriously thick cover. Powell is definitely one of the top rod's. I have fished, Falcon, Loomis, Kistler, Dobyns, Phenix, All Star, Shimano and a few others. Powell is definitely my 2nd favorite rod type, following Kistler. For the price, they can not be beat.

Buffalo Wild Wings
I did that with the mango habenero sauce, was very good. I love the mango taste mixed with the heat... dosn't lose any of the mango flavor either which is awesome. I'm going to have to try a dish of the blazin next time I go, only 2 steps up from the mango hab... I find their line up to be somewhat off, some of the lower ones I found to actually be hotter than the ones higher on the scale

glx mossyback or st croix tournament: advise me
How thick is the cover you flip?

glx mossyback or st croix tournament: advise me
If you read the descriptions the St. Croix states it is "Great for big spinnerbaits and versatile in heavy cover for soft plastics." The Mossyback states " A really well balanced worm rod for deep-water applications. Designed more for open-water situations where the cover isn't too thick" The st croix is recommended for lures 3/8-1oz the mossy back is 3/16-5/8. Don't know about you but I like spinner baits in the 1/2 to 3/4 range. For this the st croix would be better suited. The mossy back by its rating looks more like a finesse jig / worm rod. Spinners and worms are really 2 different set ups, I would recommend looking into a gen purpose rod if this is what your looking for.

Buffalo Wild Wings
MLT's Spicy food thread got me thinking last night when I was at Buffalo Wild Wings for the game, having a few 20oz brews during happy hour for $1 a peice and 60 cent boneless wing thursdays. Curious what everyones threshhold is over there, I have now tried all of them except wild and blazin. So far my favorite 3 are, Parm Galic (not hot at all) Asian Zing (great flavor) and Mango Habenero which is my favorite but destroys my mouth. The flavor is good for about the first 10 seconds until you are put into some pain. Was talking to the waitress last night who told me the mango habenero is actually hotter than wild and blazing, I suppose I will try those 2 next time I go and see for myself. This has become one of my favorite places on Thursdays, cheap wings, great sauce good sports screens and good cheap tap beer. (They have spotted cow on tap here! One of my favorites! 1 buck for 20oz beer.)
