  2. Oh man can't thank you guys enough for this information. Thank you, now i just need to memorize this next time i get my line wet. Very useful thank you guys for the positive feedback!
  3. I was going through some bass fishing forums and reading some Bass articles on these forums. I've always had this come up while fishing with other people. The truth is that i don't know what this means, obviously color selection is important. I have read articles about that on these forums under "fishing articles" I have yet to find specific answers for what colors to choose depending on weather, water visibility etc. I've heard " clear water light lures, dark water dark lures" but then we have cloud or no clouds, what roles does that have in bass fishing? how do you go on choosing your color lure for the condition of water your fishing in. I'm still learning a lot from you guys, answering this question would give me more of an advantage when fishing my local bass hole. It would be much appreciated if someone more experienced could guide me in the right direction with a specific answer or a fishing article.
  4. Those things called "senko" ;D
  5. Ill eat whatever bass i catch. Even if it is under 14 inches. Those suckers taste like chicken. ;D lol
  6. revo s! you can find them cheap online, or you can go to bps and pick one up for 130.
  7. not Diamond Valley, its called Mojave Narrows, its located in Victorville, CA. Its a decent lake, most of the people who fish there are just there for trout/catfish. So bass fishing is actually decent there. 8-)
  8. Hmm, to be honest all my bass caught were during 6am-9am, anything past that was a no catch for me. I went out today to my local lake, caught 2 bass in 1 hour, and that was from 6pm to 7pm.. the way i see it for me in the high desert, during 10pm-4pm i just don't fish it, maybe its just my mistake experience.
  9. Sup Tony, glad to have you here! nice purchase on that boat man, cant wait until i get mine!

  18. The water was very clear, I am almost certain they saw me. They were at least 7-8ft away from me. Well i learned what not to do when i do find "cruisers" amateur mistake on my part. As far as trying your guys tactics, i am for sure going to try that this weekend. I am sorry for bringing up old subjects, Maybe this thread will help new bass fisher men like my me who find them self's in the same situation. It is very frustrating seeing huge bass and not being able to catch them. :'(
  19. So i went to my local lake here in the high desert, i get there around 9am, and then... i see 3 BIG bass patrolling the waters back and forth, of course my heart started pumping, so i started to throw everything from natural color jigs, that did not work, so i rigged up some Texas rigged worms. Those bass had no interest in what i had to offer!, they wouldn't even look at my set ups! Now i am a beginner in bass fishing, so i might of done something wrong, anyone ever had experiences like these? and if you did how did you end up catching these hogs!. Any tips would be appreciated!
