  5. i old guy i met makes. pike lures out of tea and soup spoons. he cuts the handle off then grinds it smooth, then he drills a hole at each end, adds a O ring to each end, then a treble hook, before he puts anything on, he paints them the colors he likes best. hope this helps.

  13. flash, cadman is the go to guy, has helped many many guys starting out trying or making there own jigs all his tutorials are super, helpful as hell. and fishing skirts is the place to go for skirt pads. i get my jigs from cast industries, [they will send you a catalog] only thing with them is 100 jigs at a time. hope that helps you out. bassnbeans

  15. what kind of jig head are you looking for, bassnbeans
  16. retired, you got alot of good call from the guys, the first to do is call a shop that repairs trolling motors, they can tell you witch ones have more trouble that one way or the other. hope that helps.
  17. crappie. a friend of mine wanted to slow his motor. what he did was to put his prop on a grinder made the prop smaller. i know other guys are going to say not to do this, but it worked for him. myself i would look for a smaller prop that would fit your motor

  22. dad, the first thing i would try is the make sure that the mount is level. you must use a level to do this, at times when you tighten the mounting bolts you tighten one moer that the others. i know this i worked on trolling motors at shop, and many guys had the same trouble, i just took out the bolts and started from scrash . try this should help 361 ranger
  23. is the motor a motorguide if it is ,it may be the modular in the motor. motorguide's are known for that. also check the prop houseing , make sure the prop is not hitting the sides of the motor, the shaft may be bent, or there my be a dent on the prop. hope that helps you out.
  24. spray some [HOT SAUSE] on the wires or anywhere you think the little *** chew. i did it once and never did have anymore trouble with them. hope that helps you out.
