  1. I like your post, you're argument is based on the way you're catching fish, but, is it the action of the lure and not the forage the bass eats? Great post and keep digging!
  2. GUYS, RAUL WAS JOKING!
  3. That was good Sam! Not a joke, true story, but funny all the same. You know how you can say something that just comes out all wrong? Well it happened to my sister with her landscaper. For years Louis would come by the house to cut the grass, trim long the edges and blow the debris in a pile and clean-up. He charged her a flat rate for a years worth on lawn maintenance. My brother-in-law was really busy with work one year and didn't have time to trim the hedges in front of the house. My sister asked Louis for a price to have the work done, payable on the spot. Louis shook his head and said in his broken english; "Don't worry Miss Laura, I trimma your bush."
  4. LMAO! I was waiting for that! You have to admit Raul, you went M.I.A. for a while, I believe the 2 members you've addressed in this thread, the OP and the one you quoted don't know you very well...LOL...Tap on the breaks there kid, they'll learn that your negative posts are very positive. Nice to see you posting again, amigo!
  5. I don't have any reasoning behind my vote, but I think that a bass' favorite meal is a crawfish. 5basslimit used to close the poll results from view and would reveal the results after a couple of weeks, but I don't think we have that capability, I could be wrong though. Like I mentioned, he did it twice and not in consecutive years and the results were split, 1 year craws and 1 year baitfish. Lets see what the current participating members have to say.
  6. I don't use a Mepps, but I will switch out a dressed in-line for an undressed one when I find that bass are hitting and not buttoning up. The undressed spinner will fish a bit faster not giving a bass too much time to abort the mission.
  7. Man, I'm glad you guys narrowly escaped a horrific event. Just goes to show you the power of mother nature.
  8. I'd be up your house in 45 minutes to dope slap ya!
  9. Are your sure you're alright? Seems like and awful lot of work for a cup of joe...
  10. Thanks guys, always nice to read positive posts from respected members. No need to be disappointed Raider, even taking the high rode on rat employers is better than dropping down to their level. Just remember, they're mostly p1$$ed for having a good employee leave them than they are at you the person. By leaving, you fired them.
  11. Today was a tough day. I gave my employer a 3 week notice of resignation and today I finished up the obligation leaving the project 2 weeks ahead of schedule with phase 1 of 2 phases in the punchlist stage. Monday will be my first day with a company that I am very familiar with and know a lot of the folks within the company. I have mixed emotions as I'm happy to join a new oranization and kinda bummed about leaving my old company. On the bright side, the company I left asked that we keep an open dialog should I ever want to make come back in the future. Nice to leave on good terms and to have the door left open.

  17. I'm thinking about gettin all gangster on Jorts this summer: Come out of the ocean bay wearing these and peeps on the beach will think you're smuggling fruit.

That's the kicker Bankbeater, I reformatted and rebuilt the computer a year ago. BTW, I hope all is well with you and your family. My wife's dad passed 3 weeks ago, so we're adjusting as well.
