  1. It's rounder, smoother, thinner and stronger. It doesn't tear into your eyes as bad. I absolutely love it! I just put the fed off of mine on my fianc é's reel (She like it because "it matches better") and I put the green on mine - 50 lb test.
  2. I absolutely love mine. I do a lot of kayak and bank fishing and tend to get dirt and such on my fingers and with the reel grips it's like it's not there but without them it feels like rubbing your fingers on sand paper. Also, it increases the profile of the grip pads and adds a nice soft feel to 'em. Don't think I'd have a reel without 'em now.
  3. No doubt about there are some big fish in Rayburn... and a mess load of moccasins too! ;D That is one heck of a catch though, would love to have been there for that.
  4. I've been looking into joining a small club that just fishes here locally at Lake Conroe and/or Livingston but just keep hitting dead ends. Any suggestions on finding one?
