  4. I use the waPp Pocky tool. It works great. Does anyone know if you could probably get the O rings in bulk, someplace like Home Depot, a lot cheaper?Hootie oops!!, didn't see the post above.
  5. My local Walmart is more like a flea market than a superstore. Everything is hit or miss, and as far as fishing tackle, I probably have more than they do. Hootie
  6. Wouldn't have a clue. I am retired, so I am tackle tinkering, searching out fishing shows on tv, keeping the coffee brewing, reading fishing books, and magazines, and making frequent runs to Bass Pro Shop.....ahhh, retirement is great.... Hootie

  8. We are not assuming he has money to blow, just swapping the value of gift cards for the same amount in cash. which he already stated that he was spending it on fishing tackle. Hootie
  9. The old saying, "if you want something done right, do it yourself", applies here. If you want a great fishing partner, build your own. Like I posted above, my son and I have been fishing together for 43 yrs. We work together like a well oiled machine. Hootie
  10. I wondered the same thing myself, so I thought, don't ask, find out. So, I have 2 Chronarch 200E6's. I bought 1 set of boca ceramics, and 1 set of abec 7's SST. I flushed, lubed and installed them. Noticed no difference other than like .RM. and J. Francho said, the ceramics are a tad noisey. So, I took the stock bearings out of my Curado 50E, flushed, lubed and reinstalled them, and accomplished just as much without spending any more money. Just my 2 cents. Hootie
  11. Use the Walmart cards for your groceries, then take your grocery money and go to BPS, Cabelas, or wherever. Opens up more options. Hootie

  13. My opinion on the Lews Tournament Speed Spool and Dobyns Savvy Series. I have 4 of them...... nuff said.... Hootie

    I do work one day a week at the Cincinnati BPS.Usually Mondays. Love talking fishing with the guys, and with the customers. I have met some great people. If you are ever down this way, stop in. Just look for the old bald headed guy and holler Hootie!! .....I'll be right with ya!.....lol Hootie
